AnChiCon developed the Business Model, Business Plan and Risk Rating Tool for Zambia Credit Guarantee Scheme (ZCGS). This was in support of ZCGS’ five (5) year strategy. The business model included aspects of their operations and mode for business implementation. The business plan provided financial guidance and the risk rating tool was developed to analyse the credit worthiness of their clients.
